If your hamper arrives damaged in transit, we replace it in full with no questions. For unopened items returned within 14 days of receipt, we refund the product cost minus return shipping.
Tea is perishable and bespoke items are personalised, so opened tins and engraved goods cannot be returned, except where there is an error on our side.
